Log a set in a tap
The current set lives in a tan-bordered card with an inline check. Tap to log; swipe to edit or clear. Your cursor is always exactly where you left off.
45 lb is a strength tracker for barbell lifters. Log a set in a tap, chase rep ranges, and let it nudge your next progression — all in a calm, dark interface built for the rack.

One warm-tan accent does the whole job — highlights, progress, active state. Everything else is greyscale and shape. No neon, no streaks, no badges begging for your attention. Just your lifts.
Every interaction is tuned for real between-set use — fast, glanceable, forgiving of sweaty thumbs.
The current set lives in a tan-bordered card with an inline check. Tap to log; swipe to edit or clear. Your cursor is always exactly where you left off.
Target a range like 8–10 instead of a single number. Hit the top on every working set and 45 lb suggests the next jump — double progression, automated.
Weight and reps open a purpose-built pad that takes real gym numbers — up to two decimals. 210.55 or 92.50 go in exactly as loaded.
Logging a set arms an inline rest ring with +15s and Skip. It survives pause and app-kill, so a resumed workout stays honest to the wall clock.
Flag a warmup and it is silently excluded from volume, PRs and previous-set seeding. Your stats reflect real working sets only.
Log any two-decimal value with no half-pound snapping — and log 0 lb for bodyweight work. Shown cleanly as 45 or 42.50, never 45.00.

Weight and volume trends, a PR grid and per-exercise history — all derived from the sets you actually logged. True Σ weight × reps volume. No fabricated demo data, ever.
Exercises and routine templates are managed centrally and merged on launch — so the library keeps growing without waiting for the App Store. Push, Pull, Legs, Upper/Lower and Full Body, ready to run.
Sign in with Apple — no password, no email address, no forms — and every set you log syncs to your 45 lb account. New phone, same history. Your data runs the app for you, and does nothing else: no ads, no analytics, never sold.
No ad SDKs, no trackers, no selling. Training data is not a product.
Synced to your 45 lb account — delete it and the data goes with it.
Logged locally, synced when you have signal — dead spots in the gym don't matter.
Beta testers get every feature unlocked at no cost. All we ask is that you actually train with it and tell us what's working and what isn't — your feedback shapes what ships at launch.
45 lb is free while it's in beta on Apple TestFlight, ahead of the App Store launch. Install it, log real sessions, and tell us what belongs in v1.
